dollar signs

Select the salary cells

Right-click and choose Format cells

Click number tab choose currency set decimal places at 0 and
click OK

your columns by selecting their column headers with the WHITE plus pointer,
then double click

•Select A1:D7

–a running
marquee goes around the cells
•Click into cell A9
–you only need to select the upper left cell
•Choose Paste
–Deselect and press ESC to turn off the marquee
