Brief  Description:

You have been writing web pages, and you even helped your English teacher with a web page. Because of your wonderful skills at the computer, your English teacher has asked you to do a presentation about web page animations.  You agree, even though you do not know enough to do a presentation.

Objectives:

You will be doing research on how animations work so that you can DAZZLE your English teacher and your "party dudes".

     TASK 1:  Answer the following questions,  put the question and the answer on a separate document.  Title the document Animations and be sure to put your name at the top.

  1. There are 4 animation types on a web pages.  What are they?
  2. In the evolution of web animation, there were two opposing forces.  What are they?
  3. What are two examples of Internet bitmap files (what are their file extensions)?
  4. Describe a GIF animation.
