Home/Hospital Teaching Service    

This service is available to districts who buy into the program.  It is a temporary teaching instruction for students who are unable to attend school due to illness, suspension, hospitalization, or transition.

Districts provide BOCES with all necessary information regarding students.  Students with this service are able to keep up with their studies as if they were attending their home school.

Monthly reports of teacher/student instruction are forwarded to districts.

Time sheets are filled out by the teachers, approved through their supervisor, and forwarded to districts on a bi-weekly basis.  Mileage may be submitted on a monthly basis when a teacher has two or more students.
