BOCES Culinary Arts Classes Help Out Lockport Salvation Army for Thanksgiving

The Culinary Arts classes of Lisa Cook and Caitlin Kucharski at the Niagara Career and Technical Education Center helped out the Lockport Salvation Army for their Thanksgiving meal.  “We cooked about 500 pounds of turkey, made an insane amount of stuffing and gravy,” says Chef Kucharski.  “Our students love helping out in the community,” adds Chef Cook.  “It’s nice to know we are helping others have a nice Thanksgiving.”
