The Orleans/Niagara BOCES’ Adult Education's Second Chance program, at the Niagara County Jail, recently completed a toolbox project. Teacher Paul Dewey works with inmates to improve their essential job readiness training. The program provides incarcerated students the opportunity to take classes and training to increase their chances of employment after release.
